The past few weeks, I've been wrapping up a huge project that I began back in September that has seriously been so much fun. This fall, we decided to launch our first Naptime Diaries mentorship program and we had the pleasure and serious joy in walking a handful of shop + blog owners through a program that included challenge and accessibility. We set out to spur and encourage their endeavors, while giving them a really open view of our business - in an effort to help them the way we've been helped by other small business owners and bloggers.

I have to say, I am so stinking proud of these gals. The bloggers have worked hard to define their voice, vision, and plan. They've networked and workshopped and redesigned and really put in the hours to try and build a space on the internet that is a blessing to others. I genuinely enjoy reading each of their blogs and I know you will too.
