seeing His hand BY NATALIE

Hello new friends! My name is Natalie and I am the owner & designer of NS Pottery. I'm so honored to share a little of my story here on Naptime Diaries today! (I just adore Jessi and can't wait to squeeze her again at the 2013 Influence Conference!)

The seed for NS Pottery was planted in 2004 when I was just a junior in high school. That year began an intense battle with anxiety and ceramics class became my sanctuary. I got so wrapped up in creating that I wasn't consumed with fear. There was something about pottery that won my heart.

After graduating from high school in 2006, I went on to take classes from a well-known local potter, where I really learned the fundamentals of throwing on the wheel. It was certainly a challenge at first, but I had so much determination to learn this magnificent art form. I had hopes that being a potter was something I could do for the rest of my life.

Looking back now, I can see the Lord's hand over everything that I have experienced and all the doors He has opened for my business. As a business owner, I have certainly not known what I was doing more times than I'd care to admit, but I'm so thankful for His wisdom and all the people He has brought into my life that have helped me along the way. I feel so blessed to be doing something that I love.
